Hatfield Knivila Welcomes Sarah Oyer
Hatfield Knivila is pleased to welcome Sarah Oyer to the firm. Sarah brings extensive experience advising health care organizations on regulatory, transactional, and compliance matters.
Sarah’s practice focuses on supporting clients across the health care industry, including managed care organizations, hospitals and health systems, physician groups, and other providers. She regularly advises on provider contracting, telehealth, insurance regulation, fraud and abuse, privacy, and corporate practice of medicine issues, helping clients navigate complex and evolving regulatory frameworks.
Before joining Hatfield Knivila, Sarah practiced at Stoel Rives LLP, where she represented a wide range of health care clients and developed deep experience in health care business and regulatory law.
Sarah earned her J.D. from Yale Law School and her B.A. from Goshen College. She is admitted to practice in Oregon and Washington.
