Kelly Knivila
Kelly is a healthcare regulatory lawyer who specializes in helping clients solve problems with federal and state regulatory agencies. She has deep experience in Medicaid programs having spent over three decades representing Medicaid Managed Care Organizations (CCOs), providers, and state Medicaid agencies on a wide array of regulatory issues. Kelly also has special expertise in the federal and state laws that impact behavioral health providers and is a trusted advisor to many of Oregon’s community mental health programs.
Timothy Hatfield
Tim is a dedicated health care attorney who has devoted his career to advising insurance companies, coordinated care organizations, and health care providers in complex regulatory and compliance matters. He has particular expertise advising clients regulated by the Oregon Health Authority, Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services, and the Washington Office of the Insurance Commissioner. Clients rely on Tim to advise them in self-disclosures and disputes with regulators in Oregon, Washington and other states. He also shepherds complex transactions through the regulatory filing and approval process.
